Problem
Our commercial customer in Leeds has an annual power usage of 42MWh, and were looking to save money, add value to their property, and generate energy more efficiently.
They also had the added complication of needing access to the roof for future maintenance requirements.
Solution
Our Solar PV and battery storage solution is projected to generate 40MWh annually, making it a highly efficient solution to meet the majority of their energy needs.
Additionally, we recommended installing a Man Safe system around the perimeter of the roof to ensure safe access for maintenance, with the system scheduled for a SolarCare visit next year. This proactive measure helps ensure long-term safety and system performance.
Result
